CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Clients may reschedule one time using their existing deposit. A second reschedule will require a new deposit to secure the appointment. No-call / no-shows will be charged an additional 30% cancellation fee and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service when you arrive as scheduled.
